Due to the high number of requests received, it has not been possible to provide individual responses, except in some particular cases. With this communication, we intend to clarify the main questions that have been raised so far.
All published notices, including future ones, aim to provide updated information on ongoing developments. Any details not yet communicated will be made available shortly.
Resource Management and Support Priorities
Currently, our resources are focused on the testing and improvement phases of the new application. Therefore, it will not be possible to provide personalized responses in the short term. We will prioritize urgent requests and cases that prevent the proper use of the current application, with particular attention to users facing difficulties managing purchased products.
Old and New Application
The new application is not an update of the current version, but a completely new and independent product. Therefore, the two applications can coexist on the same device, and in more detail:
• The current application will continue to work as long as it remains installed on the device
• The maps already purchased will remain accessible as long as the app remains installed
• The authentication service (login) and management of the current app will be guaranteed for a minimum of six months from the launch of the new application. Customer support will also follow the same timeline
• After the support period ends, access to purchased products will remain available until the user logs out from the app
• The subscription to the new app allows you to download the entire available Tabacco map to use it offline, and it will remain accessible until the subscription ends

Reason for the Changes
The new application will offer updated mapping with different technical methods that are not compatible with the previous version. Furthermore, the new app will allow the user to use the same subscription for both Android and iOS, thus enabling device switching without additional costs. Reporting Service Interruptions
Some users may have experienced difficulties unsubscribing from the newsletter. We will manually remove any users from the distribution lists upon request.
